On October 12, the Moscow Theological Academy hosted an annual Intercession conference. This year it was dedicated to the 800th anniversary of the birth of St. Prince Alexander of Neva.

On October 5, representatives of a Chinese technology company visited the Moscow Theological Academy. The meeting with administration staff and students took place at the Elizabethan Hall of the Academy.
On October 4, the Bishop of Zvenigorod Theodorite, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, met with Archimandrite Seraphim (Shemyatov), Representative of the Orthodox Church of the Czech Lands and Slovakia under the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.
On October 2 and 3, the Academy officed Sunday services at the Intercession Academic Church. Chanting at the Divine Liturgy performed by an Orthodox choir of Engineering troops of the Russian Armed Forces "For the Faith and Fatherland".
On September 30, Archpriest Oleg Mumrikov, Head of the Biblical Studies Department at the Moscow Theological Academy, took part in the first plenary meeting of the Synodal Committee on Bioethics held at the Sretenskaya Theological Academy.
