From December 15-17, teachers, postgraduates and employees of the Department of History and Theory of Church Art took part in the International Scientific Conference "Graphics in Church Art of the Late XV-XIX Centuries" at the Russian Academy of Arts.
On December 17, the Bishop of Zvenigorod Theodorite, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, met with Maxim Valentinovich Andreev, General Director of the “Logos” Publishing House.

On December 16 and 17, on the Day of Sts. Martyr Barbara and Martyr Juliana, the Rector, professors, teachers, staff and students of the Moscow Theological Academy gathered at the Intercession Academic Church to say farewell to the Honored Professor Konstantin Efimovich Skurat.
On December 15, teachers, students and staff of the Moscow Theological Academy gathered to pray for the repose of the MThA Honored Professor K.E. Skurat.
On December 13, the Moscow Theological Academy accommodated an exhibition of sketches to the interior design of the Main Church of the Russian Armed Forces.
On December 11 and 12, Archimandrite Hilarion (Forkavets) officed Sunday services at the Intercession Church of the Moscow Theological Academy.
On December 9, the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference for students, postgraduates and young scientists "Hermeneutics of the Christian text in literature and language" dedicated to the F.M. Dostoevsky’s anniversary took place at the Moscow Theological Academy.
On December 7 and 9, final exams took place at the Correspondence department of the Moscow Theological Academy.
On December 2, S.Yu. Nikolaev donated a unique collection of documents and items related to a life of His Holiness Patriarch Alexy I (Simansky) to the Museum of the Moscow Theological Academy “Church-Archaeological Cabinet”, which celebrates its 150th anniversary.
On December 4 and 5, Archimandrite Luke (Golovkov), Dean of the Icon-Painting Faculty, led the All-night Vigil and Archimandrite Hilarion (Forkavets) celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Intercession Academic Church.
