On October 29, 2023, the Bishop of Bikin Panteleimon performed the Divine Liturgy at the Intercession Academic Church.

On October 17, 2023, the second round of theological consultations between the Russian Orthodox Church and the Coptic Church took place at the Moscow theological Academy. The meeting took place with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' Kirill and the agreements with the Primate of the Coptic Church, His Holiness Patriarch Tawadros II.

On October 4, 2023, the MThA Department of Biblical Studies held a scientific seminar. The main speaker was Rozalia M. Rupova, Dr. of Philosophy, Associate Professor at the Department of Biblical Studies.

On September 30 and October 1, 2023, the Bishop of Sergiev Posad and Dmitrov Kirill celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Intercession Academic Church and performed the priestly ordination of an MThA graduate student.

On September 28, 2023, at a regular meeting of the MThA Dissertation Council No. 2 Priest Artemy Kovalev successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis.

On September 28, 2023, Hieromonk Kassian (Plosky), a senior assistant to the Vice-rector for Educational work of the Moscow Theological Academy, performed a funeral service at the grave of five students perished in the fire.
