On October 17, 2023, the second round of theological consultations between the Russian Orthodox Church and the Coptic Church took place at the Moscow theological Academy. The meeting took place with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' Kirill and the agreements with the Primate of the Coptic Church, His Holiness Patriarch Tawadros II.
