In the early hours of April 20, 2024, the Academy celebrated the feast of the Bright Resurrection of Christ with solemn services in its academic and seminary churches.
On April 12 and 13, 2025, during Palm Sunday, the academic community prayed at festive services in the Intercession Church of the Moscow Theological Academy (MThA). The All-Night Vigil and Divine Liturgy were led by Archimandrite Venedikt (Knyazev).
On April 6 and 7, 2025, in celebration of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos, solemn services were held at the Academy. The Divine Liturgy was led by Bishop Kirill of Sergiev Posad and Dmitrov, who also performed a diaconal ordination during the service.
On the evening of March 28, 2025, the Friday of the 4th week of Great Lent, the Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy (MThA), Bishop Kirill of Sergiev Posad and Dmitrov, conferred the tonsure upon two students of the Academy.

On December 5, 2024, teachers and students of the Academy honored the memory and offered a funeral prayer for His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' Alexy II, who reposed 16 years ago.

November 18, 2024 marks the 60th death anniversary of Archpriest Konstantin Ruzhitsky, who was the Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy in 1952–1964. The academic family officiated a divine service at the Intercession Academic Church.
On November 4, 2024, Archimandrite Platon (Igumnov) officiated the Divine service on the day of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God at the Intercession Academic Church.
