On June 25, as a part of the archaeological practice, a group of master's degree students of the Biblical Studies and bachelor's degree from the Moscow Theological Academy arrived at the excavations of an ancient Greek city-polis of Phanagoria.

On April 9, the Bishop of Zvenigorod Theodorite tonsured students of the Moscow Theological Academy at the Trinity Cathedral of the Holy Trinity St. Sergius’s Lavra.
On October 27, the Bishop of Zvenigorod Theodorite, Rrector of the Moscow Theological Academy, gave his blessing to two students of the Academy and their fiancées for a marriage.
