On November 27, 2020, the Department of Church Practical Disciplines at the Moscow Theological Academy, together with the Commission on Church Law at the Russian Orthodox Church Inter-Council Presence organise a scientific and practical conference "Justinian’s Readings".

On November 2, teachers and students of the Moscow Theological Academy took part in a conference "Theology and Science: Traditional and New Relationships" hosted by the Kazan Theological Seminary.

On October 26, the MThA Department of Church Practical Disciplines hold its regular meeting. It took part both in face-to-face and distance format. Participants reviewed Archpriest Alexander Zadornov’s documents for the post of head of the department.

On October 18, Roman Mikhailovich Kon’, Associate Professor of the Moscow Theological Academy, turns 60. The Rector, teachers, staff and students extend their best wishes and sincere congratulations.

On October 16, the Moscow Theological Academy hosted sectional meetings of the All-Russian Intercession Scientific and Theological Conference.

On October 9, Archpriest Alexander Zadornov, Associate Professor, Head of the MThA Department of Church Practical Disciplines, took part in a remote session of the XXV John Readings organized by the Samara Theological Seminary.

On October 5, the Tambov Theological Seminary hosted a session of the III International Scientific and Practical Conference "Orthodox View of the Modern World: Problems and Prospects". The conference was attended by teachers of the Moscow Theological Academy.

On September 30, during a remote meeting of the MThA Dissertation Council No. 2 two scientific works were defended.

On September 2nd, the first academic year meeting of the Department of Church Practical Disciplines was held at the Moscow Theological Academy.

On August 31, a general meeting of a faculty and teaching corporation chaired by the Bishop of Zvenigorod Theodorite took place in at the Moscow Theological Academy.

С 1 сентября очные занятия начнутся для студентов Подготовительного и 1 курсов бакалавриата Богословско-пастырского факультета, аспирантов 1 и 2 года обучения, студентов Иконописного и Регентского факультетов. Остальные студенты продолжат обучение дистанционно.
