The Moscow Theological Academy passed a scheduled inspection of the Educational Committee of the Russian Orthodox Church.

The Bishop of Sergiev Posad and Dmitrov Kirill, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, celebrated the festive services at the Intercession Academic Church on the day of Archangel of Michael and other Heavenly Powers.

November 18, 2024 marks the 60th death anniversary of Archpriest Konstantin Ruzhitsky, who was the Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy in 1952–1964. The academic family officiated a divine service at the Intercession Academic Church.

On October 30, 2024, a scientific and practical conference “Historical necropolis of the Moscow Theological Academy: a message from the past” took place at the Elizabeth Hall of the Moscow Theological Academy. It was dedicated to the X anniversary of the reconstruction of the necropolis of the theological school.

On November 5, 2024, the second interuniversity conference “Occidens orthodoxus: Latin Christian literature of the first millennium” took place at the Moscow Theological Academy. It gathered researchers, teachers and students from the Moscow and St. Petersburg Theological Academies, Moscow State University, the Orthodox St. Tikhon’s Humanitarian University (PSTGU), the St. Petersburg Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Don State University.

On November 7, 2024, the Bishop of Istra Seraphim read a lecture «Ecclesiology in the light of shepherding» at the Elizabethan Hall of the Moscow Theological Academy.

On November 4, 2024, Archimandrite Platon (Igumnov) officiated the Divine service on the day of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God at the Intercession Academic Church.

On October 14, 2024, on the Intercession of the Mother of God the Moscow Theological Academy celebrated the patronal day of the academic curch.

On October 11, 2024, on the eve of the Intercession of the Mother of God, the Moscow Theological Academy hosted an annual scientific conference dedicated to the history and the revival of theological education in Russia.

On October 7 and 8, 2024, on the day of the repose of St. Sergius of Radonezh, festive services were held at two churches of the theological school.
