On December 4, 2023, the Bishop of Sergiev Posad and Dmitrov Kirill, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, celebrated the Divine Liturgy on the day of the Entrance of the Mother of God into the Jerusalem Temple. During the service at the Intercession Academic Church Bishop Kirill was co-served by the academic clergy.

On November 5, 2023, with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' Kirill and His Holiness Patriarch of Serbia Porfiry, at the Sunday service the Bishop of Moravia Anthony and the Bishop of Marchansk Savva gave to the Moscow Theological Academy a particle of the relics of Hieromartyr Plato, Bishop of Banyaluksky, who was a graduate of Academy in 1901.
On November 3 and 4, 2023, Archimandrite Venedikt (Knyazev) led festive services on the day of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God at the intercession Academic Church co-served by the academic clergy.
