The Moscow Theological Academy hosted a session on standardization in healthy nutrition as part of the International Forum “World Quality Day 2023”

On November 9, 2023, the Moscow Theological Academy hosted a session on standardization in healthy nutrition as part of the International Forum “World Quality Day 2023”. The event was held in the Elizabeth Hall and moderated by Elena Saratseva, Deputy Head of “Roskachestvo”.

Associate Professor Priest Stefan Domuschi emphasized that the benefits of food and proper caring for the body has always been important. Therefore, a question on nutrition is a big part of the Christian tradition. 

Elena Saratseva noted the importance of popularizing healthy eating and Russian cuisine among Russian consumers, attracting the attention of the professional community and consumers to this area as a new trend and forming the cultural image of the country.

Alexey Solodov focused on the possibilities for exporting traditional products and support measures of the Russian Export Center for manufacturers of quality goods. Companies that have received the Russian Quality Mark automatically receive the “Made in Russia” mark, which allows you to apply a mark of conformity on products. It looks as a “bird” painted in tricolor. In addition, company’s name and its products appear in the multilingual Made in Russia catalog.
