The Moscow Theological Academy summed up the results of the first stage of the “Alexander of Neva” project

On July 30, 2021, executives of the “Alexander of Neva” project hold an online meeting to sum up the results of the first stage implemented on a Presidential grant.

The meeting was attended by Priest Anatoly Kolot, Head of the project and Deputy Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, and members of an editorial board of the official website www.aleksandrnevskiy.ru. They were Roman Sokolov, Dr. of History and Director of the Institute of History and Social Science of the Russian State Pedagogical University named after A.I. Gertzen; Arkady Tarasov, PhD in History, Associate Professor of the History Faculty at the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov; a director Alexei Pishchulin and an editor Anna Borisova.

During the meeting, Priest Anatoly Kolot informed his colleagues on the steps taken to implement them according to a project schedule. He reported that all the main work on the website had been completed. Also, members of the project share their opinions and analyzed users comments to extract some useful information for further development of the site. Members of the editorial board highlighted its strengths, pointed out some sections requiring additional adjustments and noted a need for a SEO-optimization resource, which would be efficient for a website promotion. Next stage of the project intends to launch a lighter version of the site for mobile devices and a mobile application.
