His Holiness Patriarch Kirill approved Associate Professor and Professor’s ranks for members of the MThA teaching corporation

By December 29 Resolution, His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill approved Associate Professor and Professor’s ranks for members of the teaching corporation at the Moscow Theological Academy. 

7 people received an academic title of Associate Professor:

• Archimandrite Simeon (Tomachinsky), Associate Professor of the Philology Department, 
• Priest Andrei Vydrin, Associate Professor of the Biblical Studies Department, 
• Hieromonk Philophey (Artyushin), Senior Lecturer of the Biblical Studies and Philology Departments, 
• Mikhail Viktorovich Pervushin, Associate Professor of the Church History and Philology Departments, 
• Mikhail Anatolyevich Skobelev, Associate Professor of the Biblical Studies Department, 
• Alexandra Evgenievna Soboleva, Associate Professor of the Philology Department, 
• Oleg Rostislavovich Khromov, Professor of the Department of History and Theory of Church Art. 

Also, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill approved the results of a competition for filling the teaching positions at the Moscow Theological Academy.

The following were approved as Associate Professors:

• Archpriest Oleg Korytko, 
• Viktor Petrovich Lega, 
• Pavel Evgenievich Lipovetsky, 
• Denis Vladimirovich Makarov, 
• Pyotr Borisovich Mikhailov, 
• Svetlana Mikhailovna Shestakova.

The following were approved as Professors:

• Vladimir Mikhailovich Kirillin, 
• Pavel Georgievich Nosachev.
