Report on the three-year work of the “Bible and Christian Antiquity” editorial board

Deacon Sergiy Kozhukhov, Associate Professor of the Moscow Theological Academy and an editor-in-chief of scientific journals "Bible and Christian Antiquity" and "Corpus of Christian Texts and Research", reported on three-year work of an editorial board.

The “Bible and Christian Antiquity” founded in 2018 to publish original texts, translated works of Church Fathers and Christian writers, researches and reviews of scientific publications written by Russian and foreign authors. The work done on the basis of the Studying Center of Patristics and Christian Antiquity and the Theology Department of the Moscow Theological Academy. In 2019, they released a first volume and four issues of the journal. In 2020, there were four more issues of the “Bible and Christian Antiquity”, so by the end of the year it got on a Church-wide list of peer-reviewed publications of the Russian Orthodox Church approved by His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill on March 13, 2015 (http://www.doctorantura.ru/nauka/peer-reviewed/4397-church-wide-list )

In 2020, there was a supplement to "Bible and Christian Antiquity" known as "Corpus of Christian Texts and Research" including more original texts and its critical editions, translations and researches. In March 2021, they started a new series of the “Corpus in Modern Translations and Research”. This year plan includes to release three more volumes in Syrian and Coptic languages, as well as periodical issues of the “Bible and Christian Antiquity”.
