Moscow Theological Academy switches to full distance learning

Due to the detection of a coronavirus infection among students, the administration of the Moscow Theological Academy decided to switch completely to distance learning until the epidemiological situation improves.

Healthy students are sent home, while the sick ones are provided with a necessary medical care. Fortunately, an illness took its mild form in the majority of students.

An additional team of doctors is on duty at the Academy. They also get some extra help from the Holy Trinity-Sergius Lavra and the Moscow hospital named after St. Alexy of Moskow.

To put the situation under control the Academy introduced strict quarantine measures.
