The academic family greeted its new rector

 On August 31, teachers, students and academic staff as well as parishioners of the Intercession Academic Church greeted Archimandrite Kirill (Zinkovsky), Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy.

First, everyone went to the academic church to perform a prayer at the beginning of every good deeds. A choir under the conducy of E.V. Borovinsky sang the troparion to the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos. 

Archimandrite Kirill (Zinkovsky), Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, officed a prayer service.

Chanting at the service performed by a choir under the conduct of Hieromonk Nestor (Volkov).

At the end of the prayer service, the Bishop of Venev Theodorite greeted the new Rector of the Academy wishing him spiritual and physical strength and God's help in managing such a big institution as the Moscow Theological Academy.

Archimandrite Kirill (Zinkovsky) thanked Bishop Theodorite for his work for the benefit of the Academy and wished him patience, strength and in the Grace of God at the new place of his service.
