On Sunday of the Publican and Pharisee, Bishop Kirill performed the diaconal ordination

 On February 8 and 9, the Bishop of Sergiev Posad and Dmitrov Kirill celebrated festive Sunday services at the Holy Trinity St. Sergius Lavra. The all-night vigil was held in the Assumption Cathedral and the Divine Liturgy in the Refectory Church.

During the service, Bishop Kirill ordained subdeacon Evgeniy Popa, Master's student of the Moscow Theological Academy, as a deacon and tonsured undergraduate students Roman Kharin, Nikolai Sedov, Vasily Volokhov and Jacob Chubachuk as Readers.
