Bishop Theodorite, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, joined the Inter-Council Presence Committee on Theology and Theological Education

On December 8, the Russian Orthodox Church Holy Synod approved a new structure of the Inter-Council Presence Committee on Theology and Theological Education (Journal No. 98).

Bishop of Zvenigorod Theodorite, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, became a member of the Inter-Council Presence Committee.

Also the following members of the academic teaching corporation joined the Committee: 

• Professor M.S. Ivanov, Advisor of the MThA Rector; 
• Professor V.M. Kirillin, Head of the Philology Department;
• Professor A.K. Svetozarsky, Head of the Church History Department;
• Archpriest Oleg Mumrikov, Associate Professor and Head of the Biblical Studies Department;
• Associate Professor Priest Sergiy Eliseev.
