The MThA Rector attended the meeting of the Examination Committee at the Moscow Diocesan Council

On June 16, 2023, a meeting of the Examination Committee at the Moscow Diocesan Council dedicated to the 2023 admission campaign took place in the Novospassky Monastery.

The Metropolitan of Voskresensk Dionysiy chaired the session with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' Kirill.

The Bishop of Zvenigorod Kirill, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, and Hieromonk Vyacheslav (Sorokin), Vice-Rector for Educational Work, took part in the meeting.

During the meeting, members of a working group interviewed applicants of the Moscow Theological Academy, the Sretenskaya Theological Academy, the Nikolo-Ugreshskaya, Nikolo-Perervinskaya and Kaluga Seminaries, the MThA Department of Correspondence Education as well as the Orthodox St. Tikhon’s Humanitarian University.

Following the interview results, members of the working group are supposed to prepared materials and give recommendations for enrolling applicants in the Moscow theological schools for His Holiness' consideration.
