The Moscow Theological Academy is enrolling students for it's English online programme

The Moscow Theological Academy has announced the recruitment of students for an English-language distance education program.

The study involves a one-year course (9 months) in seven fundamental subjects of the academic programme of Orthodox Theology: Holy Scriptures of the Old Testament and the New Testament, Dogmatic Theology, Patrology, Fundamentals of Orthodox Worship, Church History and History of the Russian Orthodox Church. At the end of the training a certificate of successful completion of the courses of the established form will be issued.

The course is intended to prepare future clergy members and Church workers who already serve in foreign parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church, hold a degree and possess the necessary academic skills for a remote education. Foreign students who wish to study the Orthodox doctrine in more detail are also welcome.

The enrolment will last until August 30, 2022.
