The MThA students at the Correspondence Studies Department took their final exams and defended qualification works

On December 5 and 7, 2023, undergraduate and graduate students at the Correspondence Studies Department of the Moscow Theological Academy took their final exams.

This year, in the final certification took part both Bachelor's and Master's students and others using the distance education system developed by the Educational Committee of the Russian Orthodox Church.

On December 12 and 13, undergraduate and graduate students defended their final qualifying works assessed by 4 examination committees in Church history (No. 1), Church-practical disciplines and History and Theory of Church Art (No. 2), Theology (No. 3), Biblical studies and Philology (No. 4).

The last stage of the state final certification for Master's and Bachelor's students at the Correspondence Studies Department of the Moscow Theological Academy took place offline. Examiners noted a fairly high level of final works, the involvement of researchers in the educational process and their conscientiousness.

In response to the comments of scientific supervisors and opponents, the authors of Master's and Bachelor's theses provided comments and explanations.

They also answered questions that arose during their presentations.
