Presentation of a book “The Gospel of the Day” by Archpriest Alexander Shargunov, Associate Professor at the Moscow Theological Academy

Having finished some reconstruction works at the premises of St. Sava of Serbia Cathedral in Belgrade, an active publishing activity began. It means that the Cathedral of the Serbs, as it was called by His Holiness Patriarch Porphiriy, carried on fulfilling its educational mission.    

One of the first editions became “The Gospel of the Day” by Archpriest Alexander Shargunov, Associate Professor at the Biblical Studies Department of the Moscow Theological Academy and a respecter pastor of the Russian Church. The book contains interpretations of Gospel readings for each day of a liturgical year.

The book is printed in gold-embossed hardcover with a circulation of 1000 copies and is already available on sale.

In June 2021, the author's copy delivered to Moscow.
