Bishop Theodorite met with a representative of the Orthodox Church in America

On June 3, the Bishop of Zvenigorod Theodorite, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, met with Archpriest Daniel Adreyuk, Dean of the Church of St. Great Martyr Catherine in Vspolye and a representative of the Orthodox Church in America under the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.

A single item for discussion was a number of students from the Local Orthodox Church in America, who study at the Moscow Theological Academy. Archpriest Daniel graduated from the Moscow Theological Academy in 2002. He expressed his hope that the education that students from the Orthodox Church in America get at the Moscow Theological Academy would undoubtedly strengthen the friendly ties between two Local Churches.

At the end of the meeting, Bishop Theodorite and Archpriest Daniel exchanged memorable gifts.
