The Academy prayerfully honored the memory of Professor Archpriest Alexy Ostapov

On January 15, 2025, on the 50th anniversary of the death of MThA Professor Archpriest Alexy Ostapov (1930–1975), the Academy honored his memory with a prayer.

The Metropolitan of Tallinn and All Estonia Evgeniy performed a memorial service for Archpriest Alexy at the Sergiev Posad old cemetery.

Members of the Museum of Christian Art, teachers and students of the Academy, Archpriest Alexy’s son S.A. Ostapov and his wife joined the prayer.
