On November 7, the Bishop of Istra Seraphim, Vicar of His Holiness the Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus', Chairman of the Synodal Department for Youth Affairs, had a meeting with students of the theological school, which was dedicated to \u00abEcclesiology in the light of shepherding\u00bb. Talking about the peculiarities of shepherding nowadays, Bishop Seraphim shared his experience of pastoral service. To explain the nature of the priesthood, he turned to the history of the emergence of hierarchical service in the Church. In addition, he touched upon issues related to the Sacrament of Ordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
