The Council unites departments of Church History, Church Practical Disciplines, Philology, History and Theory of Church Art. Council.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, the Council decided to petition His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' Kirill to award Priest Artemy Kovalev the degree of Ph.D in
