In the Church, everyone has his ministry getting God\u2019s grace and provided with His special gifts and talents to exercise it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lord entrusted His Holiness the Patriarch with a difficult cross to take care of the Russian Church. And at the same time, the Lord called the Church itself to prayerfully and actively support its Primate, as St. Apostle Paul says: bear one anothers burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ (Gal.6:2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, in these difficult days for our Fatherland, the intense prayer of the Church for its Primate is needed more than ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On February 1, 2023, Archimandrite Hilarion (Forkavets) and the academic clergy performed the festive Divine Liturgy at the Intercession Academic Church on the 14th anniversary of the enthronement of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Special Litany, the Academy offered prayer petitions for the Primate of the Church, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, asking the Lord for health, strength and patience in his archpastoral ministry for the benefit of the Church. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then petitions were raised for the Fatherland and its army\/ After that Archimandrite Hilarion read a prayer for Holy Rus'.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the service, the academic clergy and parishioners sang \u00abMany years\u00bb to His Holiness the Patriarch and offered prayers for him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
