On September 23, 2022, the Bishop of Istra Seraphim chaired a regular meeting of the Joint Doctoral Dissertation Council of the Moscow Theological Academy, the St. Petersburg Theological Academy, the Minsk Theological Academy and the Sretenskaya Theological Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both works were accepted for defense, official opponents and leading organizations were appointed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
