From July 11 to July 14, entrance exams for undergraduate studies took place at the Moscow Theological Academy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 11, applicants took exams in Russian and Russian History.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 12, at the comprehensive exam applicants could show their knowledge of the Holy Scriptures, Church history, Catechism and Church charter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 13-14, the Rector Bishop of Zvenigorod Theodorite, Priest Pavel Lizgunov Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Hieromonk Vyacheslav (Sorokin), Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, and Hieromonk Dometian (Kurlanov), Senior Assistant Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, held entrance exams for undergraduate students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The commission headed by the Rector tested the applicants on knowing church prayers, assessed their singing and reading skills in Church Slavonic. In addition, they showed their knowledge of the worship of the Russian Orthodox Church, Biblical history, History of the Russian Church and Russian History.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students also talked about their hobbies and interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
