On April 20 and 21, divine services on Holy Thursday, when the Lord Jesus Christ established the Holy Eucharist, took place at the Intercession Church of the Moscow Theological Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On April 20, the Bishop of Zvenigorod Theodorite, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, officed an evening service at the Intercession Academic Church <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the evening service, Bishop Theodorite elevated monk Amfilochius (Pushkarev), a fourth-year undergraduate student, into a rank of subdeacon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On April 21, Bishop Theodorite celebrated the Divine Liturgy co-served by teachers and students in the priesthood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After reading the Gospel, the Rector addressed an assembly with his archpastoral word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
