On October 16 and 17, Sunday services were held at the Intercession Church of the Moscow Theological Academy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main distinguishing feature of a Christian is love for all people, regardless of whether it is a friend or an enemy. Following Christ\u2019s example, we can come closer to an ideal set by God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 16, the Bishop of Zvenigorod Theodorite, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy, officed the All-night vigil co-served by the clergy of an academic church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the divine service, Bishop Theodorite elevated Grigory Malyuta, a 1st-year student of the Moscow Theological Academy, to a rank of Subdeacon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 17, Bishop Theodorite celebrated the Divine Liturgy co-served by teachers and students in the priesthood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While singing antiphons, Bishop Theodorite tonsured 4th-year undergraduate students Nikita Belnyak, Stanislav Kadyshev and Nikolai Filatov as Readers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
